Candidates should possess a degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration and have 10-15 years of relevant HR experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, strong communication skills, teamwork, meticulousness, diligence, analytical abilities, a pleasant personality, and discretion in handling confidential information are essential. A good understanding of the Employment Act and Labour Legislations is also required, along with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The HR Generalist/Senior HR Generalist will manage and enhance human resources by implementing employee relations and HR policies, including outsourcing payroll vendor implementation. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, maintaining accurate employee data in Workday and HRIS for payroll processing, preparing reports, and managing all aspects of compensation and benefits, such as insurance renewals, claims, variable bonuses, and merit increments. The role involves supporting salary structures, conducting market analysis for competitive pay, administering salary surveys, designing and managing employee benefits programs, evaluating benefits providers, and guiding employees on compensation and benefits inquiries. Additionally, the position requires developing and updating compensation and benefits policies, ensuring their effective communication and consistent application, and participating in TISAX audits and other assigned HR projects.
