The position requires working 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday.
Candidates must be able to stand, walk, bend, stretch, climb, push, pull, and reach continuously, lift up to 65lbs (or up to 100lbs in Loadout), and work in cold, damp, hot, or humid environments.
The roles involve basic to intermediate skill knife work, such as trimming and removing bones from meat products.
Environments vary by department: Harvest is wet, humid, and hot (over 90 degrees); Cut/Converting is cold and damp (35-45 degrees); Loadout is dry and cold (25-45 degrees).
Provide proof of U.S. work authorization, pass a urinalysis screening, and for hourly applicants, complete additional tasks after submitting the application. Certain roles require background checks post-offer.
