Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Perform manufacturing processes that add value and create high-quality products
  • Accurately work under limited supervision
  • Troubleshoot mechanical problems
  • Communicate work order progress to supervisor and production operators
  • Work in a collaborative team
  • Be flexible in work performed and schedule
  • Utilize knowledge of high-tech manufacturing processing and packaging equipment (e.g., baggers, palletizers, cookers)
  • Ensure a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks
  • Perform physical duties including frequent walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing, and other active movements
  • Wear personal protective equipment
  • Work across temperature zones including cold/hot environments and areas with dust
  • Adhere to shift schedules including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
