Responsibilities

Perform manufacturing processes that add value and create high-quality products
Accurately work under limited supervision
Troubleshoot mechanical problems
Communicate work order progress to supervisor and production operators
Work in a collaborative team
Be flexible in work performed and schedule
Utilize knowledge of high-tech manufacturing processing and packaging equipment (e.g., baggers, palletizers, cookers)
Ensure a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks
Perform physical duties including frequent walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing, and other active movements
Wear personal protective equipment
Work across temperature zones including cold/hot environments and areas with dust
Adhere to shift schedules including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
