Willing and able to perform entry level non-skilled general labor
Ability to maintain a safe work environment and adhere to Tyson policies and procedures
Follow all SOPs for assigned area
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Adaptability to wet conditions requiring appropriate foot, eye, and ear protection
Tolerance for temperatures between -10 to 75 degrees
Ability to bend, lift various weights: occasionally (0-20%) over 80 lbs, regularly (21-100%) over 40 lbs
Good eye/hand coordination, with reaching, pulling/pushing
Adaptability to environmental factors: external heat, cold, high humidity, wet floors, aromatic spices
Tolerance for extremely high noise levels (hearing protection provided)
Ability to stand/walk for long periods on cement floors
Capability for repetitive arm, wrist, hand movements; reaching/lifting above shoulder level; bending, stooping, twisting
Provide government identification number for verification of previous Tyson employment history
Meet rehire eligibility: accepts rehires after 365 days if not worked more than two previous times (Tyson may adjust based on dismissal reason)
