Responsibilities

  • Refine playbook and develop new initiatives on sales enablement and efficiency
  • Design and Build Operations: Lead the development of our upselling motion, basing all of our tactics in our customer’s needs and pain
  • Define New Processes: Play a key role in defining processes essential for the launch and sustainability of new markets
  • Collaborate for Product Excellence: Partner closely with the product team to implement automated solutions that deliver a magical customer and worker experience, streamline operations and enhance efficiency
  • Work Closely with Leadership: Report to the COO and provide leverage by focusing on the biggest priorities while owning the tracking and reporting of progress
  • Hands-on and Field-focused: Embrace a hands-on approach initially, requiring travel during the first six months to engage directly with customers, gather insights, and relay learnings back to the team
