Senior retail, fashion, or lifestyle background with experience managing P&L performance, leading large teams, and influencing brand or commercial outcomes
Experience working within a privately owned or entrepreneurial business environment

Strong commercial and leasing capability, with a clear understanding of what drives retail success

Responsibilities

Development and delivery of the business plan in collaboration with ownership
Full commercial oversight including budgeting, forecasting, leasing, and performance management
Strategic direction of leasing and category mix, working closely with internal and external partners
Management of retailer relationships, ensuring brands are supported and performing strongly
Oversight of marketing, campaigns, and activations that elevate the destination’s profile and drive visitation
Leadership of the on-site team, ensuring alignment, accountability, and operational excellence
Representation of the precinct with councils, business partners, and the wider community
Oversee leasing, marketing, and retailer relationships, supported by operational and facilities team
Shape the business plan, guide performance, and lead the on-site team while working directly with Directors
Drive commercial growth, retailer performance, brand experience, and stakeholder engagement
