Requirements

Candidates should have 15+ years of experience in operations and/or human capital management, with a demonstrated success in scaling high-growth businesses and driving P&L performance at a senior leadership level. A track record of leading complex, global teams in fast-paced, matrixed organizations is essential, along with a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Exceptional problem-solving skills and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are required, as well as enthusiasm for joining Deel and contributing to the success of the Mobility business.

Responsibilities

The General Manager of Mobility will own and drive P&L performance, managing costs and revenue optimization to achieve aggressive growth targets. They will develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to meet customer and market demands, lead with data using market insights and customer feedback to guide business decisions, and drive cross-functional alignment and execution. Additionally, they will partner with the product team to build solutions that meet customer needs, provide thought leadership on workforce mobility trends, ensure operational excellence, and act as a key decision-maker for the Mobility business within the organization.
