The position requires a minimum of 50-55 hours per week excluding meal breaks, with an average schedule of 5-6 days a week, 11-hour shifts including rotating nights and weekends, and an hour for lunch. Additional hours may be required based on business needs.
Primary responsibilities include achieving store sales goals, managing Professional Customer relationships, hiring and developing team members, ensuring inventory and operational standards, coaching team on customer expectations, and handling manager on duty tasks.
Essential skills include working knowledge of automotive systems preferred, ability to speak and write English (Spanish a plus), effective communication to build relationships with customers, peers, and upper management, plus proficiency in parts lookup, inventory systems, POS, and P&L analysis.
