Requirements

  • Prior P&L experience (preferred)
  • Experience working in a complex environment including front-end engineering, customer designs, and requirements for production (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the build out of manufacturing and engineering capabilities to support growth, taking design concepts and customer requirements to high-volume production
  • Manage the P&L, including developing budgets, financial plans, performance metrics, and providing regular updates on progress and critical path items; use financial metrics to drive business improvements
  • Support execution of commercial strategies, including engagement with government relations and business development resources
  • Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team across Operations, Engineering, Technical Development, Quality, Finance, and Human Resources to foster a strong, positive operating culture and ensure high performance
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, priorities, and activities to deliver on customer commitments and achieve production, quality, and profitability objectives
  • Ensure deployment of effective production systems, workflows, and performance metrics to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) objectives
  • Support customer engagements to grow the ongoing book of business
  • Provide leadership and management of Re:Builders to ensure effective selection
