Proven leader with operational experience in manufacturing at scale
Strong business acumen

Excellent coaching and motivational skills
Experience with advanced manufacturing, composites, aerospace, and/or defense technology (preferred)
Prior P&L experience (preferred)
Experience working in a complex environment including front-end engineering, customer designs, and requirements for production (preferred)

Responsibilities

Lead the build out of manufacturing and engineering capabilities to support growth, taking design concepts and customer requirements to high-volume production
Manage the P&L, including developing budgets, financial plans, performance metrics, and providing regular updates on progress and critical path items; use financial metrics to drive business improvements
Support execution of commercial strategies, including engagement with government relations and business development resources
Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team across Operations, Engineering, Technical Development, Quality, Finance, and Human Resources to foster a strong, positive operating culture and ensure high performance
Develop and implement operational strategies, priorities, and activities to deliver on customer commitments and achieve production, quality, and profitability objectives
Ensure deployment of effective production systems, workflows, and performance metrics to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) objectives
Support customer engagements to grow the ongoing book of business
Provide leadership and management of Re:Builders to ensure effective selection
