Requirements

Responsibilities

The General Manager will build and lead a team of six, ensuring they achieve their goals by inspiring and motivating them. Responsibilities include continuously improving the game creation process, rapidly pushing updates with gameplay and monetization A/B tests, and adhering to Voodoo's management guidelines. The role also involves managing team HR to retain top talent, sharing knowledge company-wide, and monitoring and improving game metrics across all aspects of development, including UI, UX, game design, and technical implementation.
