Team

Our Gaming team comprises experts in hybrid-casual, casual, and mid-core gaming. The 'Core' games team supports internal and external studios globally in the creation, development, and launch of new hit games. The 'Live' games team focuses on enhancing engagement for our existing and successful games.

Joining our Live games team offers the opportunity to collaborate with industry experts on globally renowned, enduring games, while also engaging in exciting new entrepreneurial ventures. As the largest and most successful hybrid publisher globally, we boast over seven billion downloads and a portfolio of more than 10 resilient hybrid games, each generating over $20 million annually.

Voodoo is establishing a small experimentation team with a significant mission: to discover the next best way to entertain the world by elevating our best-performing games. You will be among the initial six members, contributing to every facet of development, from ideation to market testing of casual games.

Role

  • Build and lead your team to achieve their goals.
  • Inspire, motivate, and maintain enthusiasm within the teams working on the games.
  • Continuously improve the internal game creation process.
  • Push updates with gameplay, meta-features, and monetization A/B tests at a high pace.
  • Follow and enhance Voodoo’s management guidelines and onboarding processes.
  • Manage your team's HR to retain top talent and foster their growth.
  • Share knowledge company-wide and help others develop their skills.
  • Monitor and improve game metrics.
  • Be involved in all aspects of game development: UI, UX, game design, and technical implementation.

Profile

  • Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented and data-driven approach.
  • Passion for mobile games.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and execution skills.
  • Good understanding of game UX.
  • Experience in the Mobile F2P market.
  • Proven track record with a successful mobile game.
  • Proficiency in speaking and writing English.
  • Understanding of game design principles.
