The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred), 3-5 years of related industry experience, 1-3 years of supervisory experience preferably in meat processing, knowledge of OSHA, USDA, and HACCP regulations, standard computer skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The role involves managing subordinate supervisors, interviewing, hiring, and training team members, planning and directing work, monitoring performance, rewarding, coaching, counseling, disciplining, and resolving complaints.
