Responsibilities

  • Fully responsible for your own accounts
  • Influence in-store promotions, executions, visibility, and sufficient stock levels
  • Gain valuable retail experience
  • Co-lead the business with a retailer as a Key Account Manager Trainee
  • Plan and develop business strategies for categories and customers
  • Collaborate with the customer team to prepare business plans and external negotiations
  • Build positive relationships with customers
  • Understand customer needs and requirements through market research
  • Develop negotiating and sales skills
  • Acquire financial & marketing skills, analytical insights, and logistical understanding
  • Collaborate with a diverse group of people from different functions (Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing sites, Suppliers, Product Supply)
  • Participate in assignments including Selling, Market Strategy & Planning, Store Development, Store Execution Organization, Distributor Operations, Category Management
  • Work with key market retailers (like Rossmann, DM, Auchan, eMag)
  • Participate in accelerated on-the-job and classroom trainings
  • Receive support in independent decision-making and risk-taking
