Requirements

3+ years of functional experience with Payroll Absence, Time Tracking and/or Scheduling software solutions or systems
Previous consulting experience either as a consultant with a professional services company or as an internal consultant
Experience implementing or working with Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, UKG or similar applications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Passion for customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
Experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously (a plus)
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time

Responsibilities

Master Workday Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking and Scheduling
On a client engagement: understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate the configurations through the building of prototype configuration, assist the client in testing the Workday solution
Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday
Assist the Integration Consulting team in helping to configure and test integrations between Workday and 3rd party/custom solutions
Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology and use it on all client engagements
Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday's proven solutions
Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants
Help deliver successful project outcomes and lasting client relationships
