Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with at least 5 years of implementation experience, preferably with Workday. Strong end-to-end implementation experience with HR, Financial, or Student Information Systems is required, along with the ability to thrive in diverse, fast-paced environments, manage multiple projects, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate effectively with executive staff. Willingness to travel nationally and internationally is also a requirement.
The Functional Architect will provide strategic leadership and functional expertise throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle, partnering with sales teams on RFPs and proposals, and leading functional workstreams during implementation. They will ensure the integrity and alignment of Workday solutions with client goals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead client sessions. This role also involves providing quality assurance, mentoring junior team members, and promoting continuous improvement of methodologies.
