Prior group fitness experience is a plus, but not required
Be available to coach 20 classes per week
One full weekend day per week
Ability to coach a minimum of three holidays per year: One summer (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day); One winter (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day); One pre/post (Black Friday, Christmas Eve, New Years Eve)
Undergo [solidcore]'s comprehensive training program

Responsibilities

Lead clients through 50-minute, full-body, low-impact classes
Educate clients on the use of resistance-based machines
Empower clients to push through challenging workouts
Think quickly and provide support and motivation to clients of differing skill levels
Deliver personalized attention and accountability in group classes
Participate in team meetings and events
Contribute to the cleanliness of the studio
Help facilitate and participate in community building activities
Conduct community outreach
Learn new techniques and best practices from the coach community
Interact and form relationships with clients and the fitness community
Embody the [solidcore] brand and culture
