Candidates should be an optimistic and hardworking individual with a love for health, fitness, and the [solidcore] workout, possessing a passion for helping others become the strongest version of themselves and achieve their goals. They should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, have previous fitness teaching experience, and be outgoing and personable with a desire to build relationships within and outside the [solidcore] community. A reliable and professional attitude, genuine desire to inspire and motivate others, and comfort with being on a microphone leading a fast-paced class with loud music and energy is also required.
[solidcore] coaches will lead clients through signature 50-minute classes, educating them on resistance-based machines and empowering them to push through challenging workouts, providing personalized attention and accountability. They will be responsible for coaching 20 classes per week, participating in team meetings and events, maintaining studio cleanliness, facilitating community building activities, and engaging with clients and the fitness community. Coaches will also learn new techniques, embody the [solidcore] brand, and participate in training, including self-study, mock classes, and ongoing education on anatomy, kinesiology, and exercise principles.

Solidcore offers high-intensity, low-impact resistance training workouts through 50-minute classes that emphasize slow, purposeful movements to engage core muscles. These workouts are designed to be both challenging and safe, reducing the risk of injury while maximizing muscle engagement. Solidcore caters to fitness enthusiasts of all levels, providing both in-studio and online class options. Clients can book classes individually or purchase memberships for multiple sessions, and the company also offers corporate packages and gift cards.
