Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and ideally have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. It is required that applicants are eligible to obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, and those enrolled in a graduate level ABA program may be eligible for an Apprentice program with potential bonuses.
The Full Time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) will work one-on-one with children with Autism, implementing goals established by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and utilizing science-based teaching procedures. They will assist in acquiring new skills, create motivating learning environments, provide feedback, and collect data related to the program. Additionally, they will participate in clinical research, leadership opportunities, and professional development activities such as conferences and in-house Continuing Education (CE) sessions.
