Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, and be eligible to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Prior experience working with children, particularly those with Autism, is preferred, and candidates should be passionate about improving the lives of children with Autism and their families.
The Full Time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) will work one-on-one with children to implement goals established by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), utilizing science-based teaching procedures and creating motivating learning environments. They will also be responsible for providing feedback, collecting data related to the program, and assisting with the overall clinical program under the supervision of BCBAs and Licensed Psychologists. Furthermore, they will participate in training programs, potentially including RBT training, and may have opportunities for project leadership, engagement in clinical research, and presentation opportunities.
