Responsibilities

Build a scalable and reusable platform for efficient operational processes
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of the tooling platform
Standardise and enable Servicing Operational processes via common abstractions, out-of-the-box solutions, reliable data, and backoffice tools
Enable the quickest technical solutions for product teams building manual work tooling with a wide range of use cases for operational teams
Offer platform-level support for core and custom problems, including easy guides for implementation, troubleshooting, and analysis
Ensure service stability, security, scalability, and support for deprecation of legacy back-office tooling
Drive engineering solutions and suggest future challenges
Understand customers and the impact of the product on their lives
Contribute in a team environment where ideas are shared and openness is valued
Help scale-up and build a world-class money product impacting millions of customers
