Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience working on LLM for business applications with strong understanding of fine tuning & prompt engineering
Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated expertise in designing and building custom applications, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Pair Programming, and Test-Driven Development with ability to author robust Unit, Integration, and Functional Tests
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Full Stack development with one or more programming languages and frameworks such as Python, Javascript, Java, Spring or GoLang, and mastery of one or more frontend frameworks including HTML5, Angular, Node.JS or React
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with application services from at least one public cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical leadership and team management, preferably in AI-driven project environments
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize Artificial Intelligence (AI) prompts
Take ownership of technical designs, code development, and component test execution to ensure they align with the functional specification
Develop a comprehensive application and component strategy for one or more programs, encompassing both user experience and backend code
Architect a robust development strategy for applications and components
Apply expertise in relevant architecture frameworks to define and evaluate application architectures effectively
Conduct thorough code reviews and offer valuable suggestions for fixes and enhancements
Provide support for issue analysis and resolution during test phases, as well as production issues
Travel may be required (0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements)
