Requirements

  • Dedicated to quality and high standards, with impeccable attention to detail
  • Experience working in a fulfillment center environment, walking and standing for extended periods of time, lifting up to 30KG, bending, and using mechanical equipment as part of production activities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to handle ambiguity, changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations
  • Experienced in MS Office, and other operating systems

Responsibilities

  • Set and clarify departmental requirements and expectations while creating an environment of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication
  • Understand safety procedures, ensure safe working practices and document accidents/incidents in a timely manner
  • Drive results and approach obstacles proactively by prioritizing appropriately to meet deadlines
  • Ensure company policies are communicated and enforced consistently and provide progressive corrective action where required
  • Recognize, mentor, and provide training and development to optimize performance, create organizational depth and individual growth, in addition to ensuring timecard and pay accuracy
