Two (2) years experience in the process area you will be supporting with working knowledge of area processes and job content
Prior experience in leadership
High level of responsibility around the safety and quality of your team

Responsibilities

Provide leadership skills and coaching to team members for activities such as manufacturing, processing parts, operating machines, packaging products, unloading, and more
Instruct teams on the proper use of safety equipment and emergency procedures
Meet quality assurance standards as set by industry programs, such as ISO and Six Sigma
Maintain regular communication with cross-functional departments, such as distribution and engineering, to plan and execute production goals efficiently
Encourage team effort and supportive attitudes between team members
Engage in problem solving to continuously improve processes and develop team members to become problem solvers
