  • Two (2) years experience in the process area you will be supporting with working knowledge of area processes and job content
  • Prior experience in leadership
  • High level of responsibility around the safety and quality of your team

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership skills and coaching to team members for activities such as manufacturing, processing parts, operating machines, packaging products, unloading, and more
  • Instruct teams on the proper use of safety equipment and emergency procedures
  • Meet quality assurance standards as set by industry programs, such as ISO and Six Sigma
  • Maintain regular communication with cross-functional departments, such as distribution and engineering, to plan and execute production goals efficiently
  • Encourage team effort and supportive attitudes between team members
  • Engage in problem solving to continuously improve processes and develop team members to become problem solvers
