Responsibilities
Perform merchandise protection procedures, monitor entrance and exit activity
Greet, assist, and thank all members in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner
Resolve member concerns courteously and timely, escalate issues to management when necessary
Review and maintain the AP Alert Binder according to AP standards
Follow BEST procedures (bottom of the cart, electronics, self-checkout, thanking the member), including cross-checking merchandise to register receipts and verifying high dollar value items
Record register receipt discrepancies and notify front line to rectify immediately
Audit Express Pay, BOPIC, Curbside Pick-up, and Same Day Delivery according to company procedures
Ensure execution of club policies, procedures, and compliance
Support flawless execution, hold accountable, and lead with the member in mind
Maintain clean and organized grand opening look daily, inside and out
Understand and access production and/or financial performance reporting for the department
