Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Greet all members and guests with a warm demeanor
  • Cover the front desk during business hours as the on-site point of contact
  • Register and check in visiting guests per WeWork policies
  • Provide orientation and relevant information to first-time visitors
  • Issue and collect keys from members and guests as needed
  • Keep the front desk clean, organized, and clutter-free
  • Notify members of food deliveries and packages
  • Learn members' names, businesses, and track notes in WeWork systems
  • Answer questions and offer appropriate WeWork products/solutions
  • Identify and celebrate members’ successes and milestones
  • Explain WeWork policies/procedures to members and guests
  • Recommend local restaurants, delivery, catering, venues, etc
  • Handle mail and packages (receiving, processing, sorting, organizing)
  • Monitor spaces (feel, look, smell, sound) and make adjustments (e.g., pick up rubbish, reset areas)
  • Support the Community Management team with front desk operations
  • Take direction from Community Associate, Lead, and Manager
  • Ensure building is fully operational
