Responsibilities

  • Greet all members and guests with a warm demeanor
  • Cover the front desk during business hours as the on-site point of contact at the Community Bar
  • Register and check in visiting guests per WeWork policies
  • Provide orientation and relevant information to first-time visitors and guests
  • Issue and collect keys from members and guests as needed
  • Keep the front desk clean, organized, and free of clutter
  • Notify members of food deliveries and packages
  • Learn names of members and guests, track relevant notes in WeWork systems, and build relationships
  • Answer questions knowledgeably and offer appropriate WeWork products/solutions
  • Identify and celebrate members’ successes and milestones
  • Assist with mail and package handling (receiving, processing, sorting, organizing)
  • Monitor and maintain building spaces (appearance, cleanliness, sound, etc.) and make adjustments (e.g., picking up rubbish, resetting chairs)
  • Support the Community Management team with front desk operations and as directed by Community Associate, Lead, or Manager
  • Ensure the building is fully operational
