Responsibilities

Atendimento ao cliente - recepcionar e sanar dúvidas de membros, convidados, fornecedores e demais com energia e de forma empática e profissional
Execução de trabalho administrativo no balcão de atendimento, como liberações de acesso junto ao condomínio, organização de correspondência, controle de inventário de estacionamento, estoque de recepção e atividades correlacionadas
Retorno de chamados de suporte de baixa complexidade para garantia de velocidade no atendimento
Manter organização na área de recepção e arredores com atenção aos detalhes
Suporte a eventos - auxiliar na organização e divulgação de eventos na comunidade WeWork, apoio na preparação e desmontagem de eventos, além da organização de entrada e saída de pessoas
Suporte a times internos - fornecer informações proativas referente a demandas de membros presenciais ou via chamado
