Requirements

  • Full-time availability on weekdays
  • Ability to report to WeWork location at 33 Arch St
  • Capability to work in either Classic or Enterprise locations, adapting to different holidays, technical systems, operational requirements, relationship needs, and property management responsibilities
  • Knowledge of WeWork products, services, policies, and procedures
  • Ability to learn and use WeWork systems for tracking member notes and information
  • Expertise in recommending local restaurants, food delivery services, catering options, team outing venues, and points of interest

Responsibilities

  • Greet all members and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
  • Cover the front desk during the building’s set business hours and serve as the on-site point of contact at the Community Bar
  • Register and check in visiting guests in accordance with WeWork’s guest policies
  • Provide orientation of spaces and relevant information to first-time visitors and guests
  • Issue and collect keys from members and guests as needed
  • Keep the front desk clean, organized, and free of clutter at all times
  • Notify members of food deliveries and packages; handle mail and package operations
  • Learn names of members and guests, understand their businesses, and build relationships to foster community
  • Track relevant member notes and information in WeWork systems
  • Answer questions from members and guests knowledgeably and promote appropriate WeWork products and solutions
  • Identify opportunities to celebrate members’ successes and milestones
  • Explain WeWork policies and procedures to members and guests
  • Recommend local restaurants, food delivery services, catering options, team outing venues, and points of interest
  • Ensure the building is fully operational and make adjustments as needed
  • Take direction from Community Associate, Community Lead, and Community Manager to support the Community Team
  • Illustrate WeWork’s core values in all interactions
