Requirements

  • Minimum two plus years of experience in an administrative capacity
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to drive on behalf of company business
  • Excellent computer skills including knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
  • Above average oral and written communication skills, along with use of independent judgement and creativity applied to resolution of issues

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient functioning of administrative processes
  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Answer and route incoming calls, taking messages and delivering them promptly to the appropriate personnel
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including photocopying, faxing, scanning, and filing documents
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, distributing them to the appropriate recipients
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to optimize productivity and maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
  • Maintain and update company databases, records, and filing systems in both physical and digital formats
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing excellent customer service
  • Foster positive working relationships with team members, clients, and vendors, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment
  • Facilitate effective communication channels within the company, ensuring information flow between different departments
  • Perform additional assignments and special projects as directed
