- Use supplies responsibly, follow scheduling expectations, and complete tasks efficiently to support cost discipline and profitability
- Learn how the role impacts key club metrics and contribute to department performance through consistent execution
Responsibilities
- Ensure planogram integrity in dairy and freezer by stocking products according to company planograms to maintain visual standards and consistent member experience
- Maintain cold chain and in-stock accuracy by monitoring temperature control and replenishing low or missing items to ensure freshness and availability
- Execute proper product rotation using FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures to reduce waste and maintain optimal product quality
- Conduct quality and date checks by regularly inspecting products for expiration dates and condition, removing any damaged or expired items
- Maintain the dairy and freezer sections by ensuring proper stocking, rotation, and product integrity
- Support merchandising, inventory management, and compliance with food safety standards
- Deliver excellent service to Members while keeping the department organized and efficient
