Position Overview

Your Role

As a freelance Digital Product Manager, you will:

• Lead the definition and delivery of fan-facing digital products across web and mobile.
• Align with internal teams and external clients to define product vision, strategy, and priorities.
• Own the product roadmap and backlog, crafting clear user stories, briefs, and prioritization plans.
• Ensure smooth and efficient collaboration with engineering, design, and research teams.
• Leverage analytics, user feedback, and business goals to inform continuous product optimization.

What We’re Looking For

You are a freelancer or contractor with proven experience delivering B2B2C digital products, ideally in a client-facing, agency-style environment. You will have experience working in autonomous or embedded roles and are comfortable leading initiatives independently while being highly collaborative.

Essential Skills & Traits

• Strong track record managing consumer-facing digital products (web & mobile).
• Confident in stakeholder engagement and translating requirements into actionable plans.
• Experienced in agile environments – backlog grooming, sprint planning, and iterative delivery.
• Excellent communication skills – clear, structured, and tailored to different audiences (engineers, designers, clients).
• Ability to balance MVP thinking with high-quality outcomes.
• Proficient with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Miro, etc.
• Strong analytical mindset – able to translate data and user insights into roadmap improvements.
