Requirements

  • Juniors working towards a bachelor’s degree with a focus in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
  • Proven ability to think creatively and implement ideas from start to finish

  • Experience with SQL for data querying and analysis, gained through coursework or personal projects
  • Familiarity with a programming language for data analysis, such as Python or R
  • Solid understanding of statistical concepts, including hypothesis testing (e.g., A/B testing), through coursework
  • An interest in learning modern data stack technologies (e.g., Databricks, Spark, Airflow, Looker)
  • Candidates must live in the United States and be currently authorized to work
  • Ability to work hybrid in Denver, Colorado, requiring 3 days in-office per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Looker to track key metrics and performance trends for your product area
  • Conduct analyses on product features, user flows, and funnels to help identify opportunities and provide actionable recommendations
  • Support the design and analysis of A/B tests by helping to define success criteria, analyze results with statistical integrity, and share learnings
  • Partner with Product Managers to help size opportunities and inform the product roadmap through data-driven insights
  • Assist in building and refining data models in our analytics stack (SQL, Python, Databricks) to improve the team's efficiency and enable self-service analytics
