Requirements

  • Must reside in Canada
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent years of experience
  • Previous sales experience in a long sales cycle process or sales experience within the consumer goods market
  • Ability to accurately and completely communicate the value of a Mac Tools Franchise
  • Solid understanding and experience with Salesforce software and analytics to manage leads
  • Clear ability to communicate with passion, enthusiasm, and integrity
  • Strong Interview, Selling, and Closing Skills
  • Ability to coordinate closely with other team members to ensure a successful franchise start
  • Proven track record of starting and sourcing successful candidates
  • Expert in developing reporting tools to streamline day-to-day work
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability to provide quick solutions
  • Effective at performing detail-oriented tasks
  • Ability to manage and lead multiple projects at one time
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to manage across functions at various levels
  • Strong facilitation and negotiation skills
  • The ability to travel 30% each month

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing, developing, and closing candidates interested in opening a Mac Tools Franchise
  • Executing advanced recruiting strategies
  • Managing candidate pipelines
  • Building relationships with existing Mac Tools distributors and franchise owners
  • Coaching and assisting assigned District Managers and Region Managers to develop stronger cross-functional franchise sales teams
  • Detailed use of digital sales tools and software
  • Manage all franchise lead activity using Salesforce.com
  • Travel 30% each month
  • Work with Mac Tools leadership to ensure franchise candidate selections are consistent with business objectives, growth, integrity, and retention
  • Identify and plan recruiting focus areas within the assigned territory to close competitive gaps and improve market share
  • Contact and manage all franchise candidate leads from multiple lead generation activities
  • Develop relationships with candidates to ensure a high level of candidate experience and responsiveness
  • Contribute to candidate experience by developing and sharing recruiting “best practices” with Recruiting team
  • Network extensively in the marketplace to source candidates for open areas
  • Develop and manage candidate lead reporting metrics, reports, and pipelines
