Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent years of experience
Previous sales experience in a long sales cycle process or sales experience within the consumer goods market
Ability to accurately and completely communicate the value of a Mac Tools Franchise
Solid understanding and experience with Salesforce software and analytics to manage leads
Clear ability to communicate with passion, enthusiasm, and integrity
Strong Interview, Selling, and Closing Skills
Ability to coordinate closely with other team members to ensure a successful franchise start
Proven track record of starting and sourcing successful candidates
Expert in developing reporting tools to streamline day-to-day work
Critical thinking and problem-solving ability to provide quick solutions
Effective at performing detail-oriented tasks
Ability to manage and lead multiple projects at one time
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to manage across functions at various levels
Strong facilitation and negotiation skills
The ability to travel 30% each month
Responsibilities
Sourcing, developing, and closing candidates interested in opening a Mac Tools Franchise
Executing advanced recruiting strategies
Managing candidate pipelines
Building relationships with existing Mac Tools distributors and franchise owners
Coaching and assisting assigned District Managers and Region Managers to develop stronger cross-functional franchise sales teams
Detailed use of digital sales tools and software
Manage all franchise lead activity using Salesforce.com
Travel 30% each month
Work with Mac Tools leadership to ensure franchise candidate selections are consistent with business objectives, growth, integrity, and retention
Identify and plan recruiting focus areas within the assigned territory to close competitive gaps and improve market share
Contact and manage all franchise candidate leads from multiple lead generation activities
Develop relationships with candidates to ensure a high level of candidate experience and responsiveness
Contribute to candidate experience by developing and sharing recruiting “best practices” with Recruiting team
Network extensively in the marketplace to source candidates for open areas
Develop and manage candidate lead reporting metrics, reports, and pipelines
