Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and have at least 2 years of progressive experience in financial analysis. Responsibilities

The FP&A Analyst will support the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes, prepare monthly financial reports with commentary and recommendations, and conduct variance analysis to identify performance drivers and suggest corrective actions. This role involves coordinating with accounting for accuracy, partnering with business leaders for FP&A activities, and providing decision-support insights for investments and cost-savings. Responsibilities also include identifying and reporting key metrics for accountability and board reporting, collaborating with HR on headcount and cost management, building stakeholder relationships, partnering with Sales on financial models and pricing, reviewing SLA and Bad Debt reserves, assisting with cash flow and balance sheet projections, and supporting senior finance leadership on key financial decisions.
