Requirements

5+ years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience
Comfortable partnering with senior leaders and budget owners
Previous experience running monthly and annual financial planning cycles (budgeting, P&L closing, forecasting)
Accounting qualification is a plus but not essential
Experience working with large data sets, identifying trends, and translating analysis into actionable insights
Strong reporting skills with advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel
Previous usage of Sage Intacct would be advantageous

Responsibilities

Own and lead the annual budgeting process
Prepare and deliver the monthly board reporting pack
Produce monthly functional cost reports and forecasts
Manage the monthly P&L and cash forecast
Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to provide actionable insights that support senior leadership decision-making
