Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics, and possess at least 1+ years of experience in Logistics Finance or Accounting. Strong verbal and written communication skills, a professional presence, and the ability to lead and influence business partners are required, along with excellent time management skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines. Familiarity with SAP / AFO BIK and proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Windows tools are also necessary.
The FP&A Finance Analyst will lead the Freight and Warehouse financial cycle, including period close, Outlook, Profit Plan, and Long-Range Planning, while partnering with IMEA Supply Chain Operations leadership and Logistics Finance teams. They will drive cross-functional special projects related to tariffs, premium freight management, and localization, supporting the preparation of materials for key meetings and driving continuous improvement across financial processes. The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders including Regional HQ, Manufacturing Plants, Procurement, Accounts Payable, and the Division Organization.
