Responsibilities

  • Drive recruitment strategy: Own the full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Partner closely with founders, hiring managers, and team leads to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruiting guidance
  • Proactively source top talent: Use innovative sourcing techniques to build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates, targeting passive talent and competitive markets
  • Foster an exceptional candidate experience: Ensure every candidate experiences a smooth, transparent, and engaging process, representing the company’s values at every stage
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment: Adjust quickly to shifting priorities and take an agile approach to the recruiting process as the company evolves
  • Develop and optimize recruiting processes: Build and refine scalable recruiting processes to maintain efficiency and high standards as the company grows
