Responsibilities

  • Own hiring pipeline key metrics – analyzing data, identifying trends, instrumenting dashboards, and reporting out to key stakeholders
  • Create a best-in-class candidate experience – work with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruiting process
  • Optimize talent pipeline – own experimentation and iteration of each step of the recruiting process for top quality experience
  • Partner with executive stakeholders – work with leaders across Engineering, Product, and go-to-market to drive recruiting strategy
  • Act as growth marketer (using data and experimentation to develop sourcing strategies), operator (building scalable systems and processes), and storyteller (crafting compelling narrative around mission and culture)
