Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle closing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with experience selling to Start-Ups, MM and Upmarket Accounts
  • Track record of exceeding targets in high-velocity and consultative sales environments
  • Proven ability to build pipeline from scratch, especially in new or emerging markets
  • Experience engaging technical and compliance stakeholders (CISOs, CTOs, Heads of Security)
  • Strong business acumen and a passion for helping customers navigate the security/compliance landscape
  • Bonus: familiarity with the Israel tech ecosystem and/or experience selling into regulated industries

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from pipeline generation to negotiation and close with executive-level stakeholders
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for high-potential industries in Israel
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, and Product to tailor messaging, identify trends, and shape our Israel & EMEA strategy
  • Convert inbound demand into long-term customers while building and expanding outbound motion in the region
  • Act as a voice of the customer to product and leadership teams to inform roadmap decisions
  • Drive growth across Israel and EMEA, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across all business segments (Early stage, Growth and Commercial)
  • Act as a trusted advisor to CISOs, CTOs, and compliance leaders, helping them navigate security and compliance automation at scale
  • Work with local partners, VCs, incubators and VARs virtually and through events, driving growth within the Israeli market
