Responsibilities

Initiate contact with potential customers via email, phone, and social channels, orchestrating multichannel outreach sequences
Qualify prospect needs through effective discovery, assess interest and viability, and progress qualified leads to meetings with AEs
Partner closely with AEs on handover and first call preparation to ensure a smooth transition and top-tier customer experience
Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene (activities, contacts, qualification notes) and support forecasting/reporting
Test, measure, and recommend outreach strategies (messaging, cadence, channel mix) to improve conversion rates
Share field insights with Marketing to refine targeting, ICPs, and messaging
Help document and scale best practices as we build out the BDR function in France
Generate and qualify leads to build Airwallex’s SME & Growth sales pipeline across the French market
