  • Tech Savvy: Can set up technical demos, troubleshoot A/V issues, and master CRM/lead capture tools on the fly
  • Gritty: Willing to roll up sleeves, set up backdrops, haul swag, and stand on feet for 8 hours a day
  • Willingness to travel extensively: 4-6 events per month, nearly weekly flights, mostly outside NYC, with national travel

Responsibilities

  • Be the Road Warrior: Travel to 4-6 events per month, on a plane nearly every week, visiting key markets to meet prospective customers
  • Own the Demo: Actively pull people into the booth, run live demos of AI voice and text capabilities, turn skeptical passersby into hot leads
  • Full-Cycle Event Sales: Manage event lifecycle from landing in a new city, setting up the booth, working the floor, hosting client dinners, to capturing every lead in CRM
  • Network Aggressively: Attend after-parties, networking breakfasts, hotel lobby hangouts to conduct business
  • Feedback Loop: Relay objections, questions, and market intelligence back to HQ to shape the product roadmap
