Requirements

Strong Organizational Skills - Manage flows of customer information (RFQs, POs, SDRs, OORs) and ensure processing and responses by deadlines
Strong Communication Skills - Disseminate information to internal and external stakeholders, serve as primary external point of contact, remain composed under stress, and articulate complex information
Understanding of Manufacturing - Background in manufacturing environments to quickly understand Hadrian's processes, workflows, and constraints (able to take on responsibilities within 2-3 weeks)
Ability to Use Basic Software Tools - Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Flow, and Airtable; able to use new tools functionally within a week and proficiently within a month; create professional external-facing documents and process data on day 1

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day communications with customers on operational statuses of products in production
Manage several small-to-medium sized projects in cross-functional teams pertaining to new product introduction and new process creation
Ensure customer information is internally processed in a timely manner and deadlines are met
Work in ambiguous situations, take initiative to identify and resolve operational problems
Understand how day-to-day operational tasks contribute to metric goals
Part-time travel to client sites when needed
