Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Head of Strategic Ventures to hone our acquisition thesis
  • Support the full deal lifecycle from initial outreach through closing
  • Identify, source, and build relationships with target staffing agencies and adjacent service providers
  • Qualify opportunities based on strategic fit, market position, and deal feasibility
  • Coordinate due diligence across financial, legal, operational, and technical workstreams, partnering closely with the integration team to accurately model synergies
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and valuation modeling
  • Prepare investment memos and materials for leadership and board review
  • Build systems and playbooks that let us scale from one deal to ten
  • Represent Traba in founder, banker, and investor conversations as the face of our rollup strategy
