Responsibilities

  • Operate day-to-day to understand current processes and realities of what needs to get done
  • Build mission-critical business processes (e.g., recruiting, product analytics, deal desk) – own 0-to-1 execution, treating each like a product (testing, iterating, optimizing)
  • Clarify decision making – analyze data, identify trends, instrument dashboards, and report to key stakeholders
  • Partner with executive stakeholders across Engineering, Product, and go-to-market to connect dots and unblock cross-functional dependencies
  • Potential projects: Talent and hiring, product analytics and success metrics, sales strategy and enablement, growth marketing
