The Founding Analytics Manager will build Traba’s analytics function from the ground up, defining the infrastructure, tools, and processes. They will own insights that drive mission-critical decisions across growth, supply-demand dynamics, and operational strategy, partnering cross-functionally with various teams to execute on high-impact initiatives. Additionally, they will design and build dashboards for real-time visibility, lead deep-dive analyses, and enable self-service analytics for all teams within Traba.
