Responsibilities

  • Planning, implementing, and directing a comprehensive development program to support the mission and objectives of Floyd Valley Healthcare
  • Leading development efforts
  • Maintaining a prospect portfolio
  • Supervising and overseeing all strategies for effective solicitation of Foundation prospects
  • Building visibility in the community to foster connections for the success of FVH and the Foundation
  • Engaging in volunteerism to give back to the community and foster relationships with service clubs and community connections
  • Demonstrating self-drive in a highly autonomous position with strong communication and written skills
  • Leading, building, and maintaining rapport with the FVH Foundation Board of Directors
  • Planning and leading key fundraising events throughout the calendar year
