Strong experience leading engineering teams, setting direction, and building technical culture
Shipped production-grade Python and comfortable working across the stack
Deep experience deploying enterprise software in private or hybrid cloud environments
Familiar working with applications deployed on Kubernetes
Customer-obsessed, comfortable engaging directly with enterprise partners to diagnose issues and co-design solutions
Excel in fast-paced environments and can execute while priorities and objectives are a moving target

Responsibilities

Lead a team of engineers across backend, infrastructure, and agent development disciplines on client facing projects
Own the end-to-end Agent & Tool rollout with clients, including planning, configuration, testing, & end user rollout
Deliver agentic applications that safely interface with sensitive enterprise data
Interface with the core platform engineering teams, contributing code & tests back to our core North platform as needed for your client
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, research, and customer success teams to ensure deployments align with both client needs and product direction
Troubleshoot & root cause customer issues with their instance of the North platform
