Responsibilities

Work closely with pre- and post-sales Customer Experience team
Develop solutions over the core platform via applications
Build the Knowledge Graph, including integrations with other systems
Systematically help customers find value with DevRev
Develop thorough understanding of customer needs
Own coordination between internal and external stakeholders
Design, develop, and implement solutions to meet customer business objectives (e.g., integrations, workflow automation, customizations/enhancements)
Spend 30% of time working directly with customers
