  • 1 to 3 years of experience in creating and delivering hybrid learning solutions for internal groups
  • Proven ability to design structured lesson plans, activities, assessments, and tests
  • Knowledge and practical experience with a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Strong instructional design skills, including hands-on experience with digital creation tools (Articulate 360 used)
  • Demonstrated ability to use various technologies and media to create engaging learning resources for diverse audiences
  • High degree of autonomy and ability to advance projects with limited supervision
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills for cross-departmental and cross-timezone projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (required as the working language)

Responsibilities
