Requirements

  • Ability to operate forklifts safely according to standard procedures
  • Knowledge of labor regulations, fire safety, and company rules in the warehouse
  • Capability to drive safely for employees and goods in the warehouse
  • Ability to create and update forklift operation documentation
  • Tolerance for continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8-hour day)

Responsibilities

  • Perform tasks according to standard procedures
  • Comply with labor regulations, fire prevention, company rules, and regulations in the warehouse
  • Ensure safe forklift driving for employees and goods according to standard procedures
  • Create and update forklift operation documentation
  • Move and retrieve goods as required
  • Monitor goods quality during retrieval; report abnormalities (dents, breakage, expiration, defects) immediately to warehouse supervisor
  • Conduct periodic inventory checks as per company regulations
  • Report unsuitable items immediately to warehouse supervisor during operations
  • Collaborate with staff to preserve and arrange goods for easy search and inspection
  • Maintain forklift in good, clean, and safe condition; park in designated area after use
  • Perform other tasks assigned by warehouse supervisor
  • Support and collaborate with colleagues
