  • Selecting, onboarding, and coaching new team members
  • Scheduling all team members
  • Offering product information, providing selling suggestions, and conducting active sampling, while expressing gratitude
  • Taking guest orders and ensuring timely and satisfactory order completion
  • Ensuring department personnel adhere to all county, city, and company food safety and sanitation guidelines and policies
  • Ordering products and supplies to maintain adequate stock levels and merchandising standards
